Consultancy work is a big part of how IT works. Most consulting companies apply a model where you as the end consultant end up getting a very small share of the total invoice.
We decided to think differently. Instead of simply bringing in lots of consultants doing odd jobs here and there with no real anchor inside of Stormgrid we try to make sure you as a person comes first.
Who you are matters the most. To further prove our point we reduce our share of the total invoice by a far greater number than any of our competitors do - after all it’s you who do the heavy lifting.
Why we apply this model is to bring in talent in our community with a very beneficial agreement that we are confident will keep you with us for a long time. We gain talent that we alongside consultancy apply in our own projects as well as enable through extensive product training and personal growth.

special assignments
We go out there and find specific assignments that match your skill level and possibility. Our contact network finds those special kind of jobs before others do.

long term
We focus only on long term positions. Once again this is about your experience and not our margins. We only look for 6 months and upwards for our consultants.

Bigger pay
We only take a maximum 20% from the total invoice, with traditional consultancy firms you will most likely receive as little as 40% of the total invoice. Once again, we feel you do the heavy lifting.

personal buffer
After we take our share you are free to decide your own salary. The rest you can store in a buffer account and use for smart purchases or when times are tough or simply if you want a pool, or a new car.
